This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on workplace spirituality. To find out and spirituality organizational citizenship behavior partially. through Guardian Employees in Medan City. The total population this amounted 150 people as a sample using saturated sampling technique. analysis technique used is path analysis.
